As well as traditional building plots, we’re also interested in sites with existing buildings, for which we carry out location analyses, feasibility studies and develop new utilisation concepts, supporting their implementation right through to completion.
Our certified property valuer will visit you on site to inspect your plot and all relevant documents — discreetly, thoroughly and transparently.
To determine the value, we analyse the local development plan, infrastructure, soil quality, easements, type of development, location and development potential — professionally and comprehensively.
Our valuer will then explain the full valuation report to you and, based on all the data, determine a realistic, market-based selling price.
If your plot of land matches our purchase criteria, we will immediately make you a binding offer and handle the entire rest of the process on your behalf.
