A block of flats comprising seven residential units and 818 m² of living space was built in Bochum. The site was completely re-planned for this purpose.
The layout is based on an idea that gave the building its name: each of the seven flats has its own garden.
Built to energy efficiency standard A+ in accordance with KfW 55, with garages, carports and additional parking spaces. Completion in 2022.
The photographs show the building upon completion: a street view, a flat before occupancy and the roof terrace.
The development has been completed and handed over.
