In Castrop-Rauxel, a new development comprising eight residential units and 513 m² of living space was built on a garden plot, without the need to demolish the existing buildings.
The properties were handed over ready to move into, including fitted kitchens and parking spaces. The building meets the KfW 55 A+ energy efficiency standard.
