In a central location in Hilden town centre, the old buildings were demolished and replaced by a new development comprising twelve residential units — 1,434 m² of living space on a plot that previously accommodated significantly less.
Beneath the building is an underground car park with fifteen parking spaces. The building meets the KfW 55 A+ energy efficiency standard.
