A concept was developed for the Cologne area for a mixed-use neighbourhood comprising 155 residential units — a mix of commercial, affordable and high-end housing set amidst park-like outdoor spaces.
The scope of work included design and development. The project is in the planning stage and has not yet been built — what is shown here is the planning.
